A graduate of Duke University, Frampton Ellis is a highly successful entrepreneur.  Frampton previously founded Anatomic Research, Inc., which is also a pure research and intellectual property-based licensor. Anatomic developed and licensed to adidas a breakthrough biomechanical technology.  Anatomic's technology involves improved shoe sole stability and comfort based on rounded inner and outer sole surfaces shaped like the wearer's foot sole.  Anatomic's technology was first introduced by adidas in 1996 and is now in widespread commerical use. Frampton was honored as one of several finalists for the 1998 National Inventor of the Year By Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) and was recently elected to the Board of Directors of IPO.

When John Charles joined Global Computer Networks he brought to Global a unique expertise in the distributed computing field over a variety of networks.  John Charles is responsible for implementing the overall technology vision at Global. He was born in Palo Alto, California and graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor's degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. He, his wife Suzanne, and their daughters, Chelsey and Isabella, live in Vienna, Virginia. His unquestionable expertise in state-of-the-art technology is the result of extensive, hands-on experience and tireless intellectual pursuit of this challenging and quickly changing field. His efforts and his straightforward approach to problem solving have been rewarded over the years with United States Department of Defense top-secret clearances and United States Vice-Presidential Hammer Awards.
