PCT Applications:

The first Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) patent application of Global's intellectual property portfolio was published on 18 June 1998 by the World Intellectual Property Organization.  It has been nationalized in all major foreign markets, including Europe, Japan, China, and others, as well as in the United States, where it will issue as a patent imminently, with 83 claims directed to Global's internal firewall.  The PCT application can be accessed here at PCT Application 1.

The second Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) patent application of Global's intellectual property portfolio was published on 2 December 1999 by the World Intellectual Property Organization. It is currently pending in all of the nearly one hundred PCT members countries. It can be accessed here at PCT Application 2.

The most recently published Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) patent application of Global's intellectual property portfolio was published on 23 November 2000 by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
